“Value Humanity over Justice”
As you keep pushing your life, you will eventually have a job, meet friends, find significant others, and experience more amazing things that you have had no idea of until you finally get to experience them. However, in these amazing relationships, you will also face many issues and conflicts that would ultimately rise due to the differences between what you think and what the other people think.
Usually, in these conflicts, you will have two choices: to shift forward and speak what you think is right, or to step one step back and listen to the other person. No matter how right you think you are or how important you think it is for you, do not denigrate the people who you love for what seems momentarily justice. This is not only because that truth could have multiple sides, but also because humanity and love is more important in relationship than justice and punishment.
At the end of the day, we are all an imperfect being, and you cannot castigate someone just because somebody is not perfect. This does not mean that you should not stand up for what you think is right when you encounter injustice. However, it means to avoid a situation in which you attack emtionally the people who you love just because you do not understand them immediately. Instead, bear humanity in the conversation, listen to what the other person say, and humbly state your opinion.
